I help clients navigate struggles with depression, anxiety, trauma and substance use disorders to overcome crippling negative self talk and self harming behaviors. I help clients to reclaim their innate internal healing ultimately reclaiming self-confidence, purpose and inner peace by an integrative treatment approach that offers medication management, therapy, supplements, lifestyle coaching and more.

My name is Kandice and I am a dually board certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health and Family Nurse Practitioner based in Golden, Colorado. I offer a safe space for clients to explore how medication and/or non medication therapy and how it might be beneficial in your path to healing.

I treat people, not diagnoses. This means I always obtain a detailed history of both medical and psychiatric treatment. This leads to an individualized treatment plan that takes into account your personal goals and beliefs beyond the traditional standard of care treatment.
