As a psychiatric provider, my priority is to help patients develop coping mechanisms that ease stress and trauma while building resilience, curiosity, and compassion.
To help you achieve your goals, I utilize comprehensive assessments, medication management, and therapy. During our sessions we will work together to identify your symptoms and patterns of behavior, review relevant diagnoses, and explore medication options along with their potential risks and benefits.
I've worked in health care since 2010, and feel privileged to have advocated for patients from all walks of life. My experience includes public health implementation with King County, cardiac care, chronic disease management, emergency response, and supporting patients with terminal illness at Fred Hutch Cancer Center.
While my current practice centers on adult mental health, my background continues to inform my clinical emphasis on the therapeutic relationship. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring nature with my friends and family. When I’m not camping or hiking, I love trying new hobbies and furthering my knowledge to better serve my community and patients.
