I specialize in Psychiatry and take a holistic whole body approach with a special focus on trauma, OCD, health anxiety, chronic illness, ADHD, Autism, and women’s mental health( including hormonal influences on mood and conditions like PMDD, PCOS, perimenopause, menopause). I’m here to guide you through the process with compassion, clarity, and respect.
