My work focuses on what I call your “toolkit for well-being”: biological support (like medication or supplements), self-care practices, and therapy. Each piece matters, but therapy often becomes the catalyst that empowers the rest.
My care is especially informed by work with young adults, LGBTQ+ and BIPOC individuals, trauma survivors, and people living with ADHD, mood disorders, and anxiety.
