By collaboratively making sense of whatever experiences and emotions arise, we can help you to cultivate a more textured, flexible, and resilient sense of self.

I have particular experience in helping patients with treatment-resistant depression, complex relational challenges/trauma, severe anxiety, and ADHD. I offer individual therapy, couples therapy, and medication management. I have also helped many patients pair down excessive medication regimens (ie deprescribing).
