My approach is to work with you collaboratively and respectfully to improve your emotional well-being. I bring extensive experience in treating people in a variety of settings for over 25 years.
Telehealth services for adults age 18 and up: psychiatric diagnostic evaluations, medication management, help with lifestyle modification (food, exercise, yoga, sleep, etc.), and integrate psychotherapeutic techniques (psychodynamic, supportive, cognitive behavioral, mindfulness-based). Due to telehealth policies, I do not prescribe controlled substances.
Specialties include treatment for depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, adjustment disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, LGBTQ+ issues, work-life balance, and grief/loss.
