Providing in-person and video sessions for New York residents. If you don't want to settle for "fine" in your day-to-day life and would like to explore strategies for optimizing mental wellness, then I'd highly recommend clicking on the website link and seeing more about our practice. Often it's difficulty with sleep, a recent drop in motivation, feeling more easily overwhelmed, a sense of disconnection, or just a too long ignored feeling that life could be better that brings someone to therapy, from there it's my job to build a therapeutic relationship and see that each client reaches sustainable improvements in well being.
I am a Board Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with specialty training in child/adolescent psychiatry, and experience working across the lifespan. I offer both medication management and therapy appointments to meet each client's unique needs. I also supervise PMHNP students at NYU and Columbia University.
