I'm Ruby - a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Certified Nurse Midwife with over a decade of experience, specializing in med management care for all folks during their transitional years. I specialize in adult ADHD diagnosis and treatment, neurodivergent affirming care, anxiety, depression, reproductive and perinatal psychiatry, trauma, burnout, and high sensitivity. My approach to care is rooted in trauma-informed practices, inclusion, and choice.

My background as a midwife has shaped my approach to care, allowing me to integrate a person-centered perspective into my psychiatric work. I rely on empathy, creativity, a commitment to autonomy, and the ability to navigate the complex emotional and physical transformations that come with the complexities of life.

I offer an integrative and functional approach to mental health care, blending traditional psychiatric treatments with holistic modalities to promote wellness and balance.
