I am a board certified Adult Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), currently licensed in Washington State and Massachusetts. I have been working in the healthcare industry for over two decades, treating adults age 18+ with chronic severe anxiety disorders, mood disorders, psychotic disorders, trauma, personality disorders, substance abuse disorders, and co-occurring disorders.
My practice offers comprehensive psychiatric services to adults of all ages and for a broad range of mental health ailments and addictions. The holistic approach is the most effective way to achieve one's treatment goals. Therefore, I use a combination of psychotherapy, case management, and medication management. Meds mang't and therapy combined is ideal!
