Hi, I’m Rose Adonis, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). I understand that reaching out for psychiatric support isn’t easy especially if past treatment didn’t help or left you feeling rushed or unheard. I take the time to slow things down, listen carefully, and understand what you’re actually experiencing. My approach to care is thoughtful, honest, and collaborative. I incorporate supportive therapy and psychoeducation into visits so you better understand what’s happening with your mental health and feel more confident managing symptoms outside of appointments.
