My passions within the field of mental health include anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders and depression. Children and adolescents to young adults are of special interest, as I know firsthand what a difference medication, advocacy and coping strategies can mean to a family who is struggling.
I have worked to create a comfortable, inviting space for patients to share.
My prior experience in residential care, mental health, corrections, family practice have led to passionate patient advocacy and trauma informed care.

I am passionate about working with people to reach their full potential. I help people reconnect to their mental and physical health. I am trained as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner as well as a Certified Nurse Midwife. My care philosophy integrates mental and physical health for highly individualized treatment in a non-judgmental and empathetic space. A thorough medical and psychiatric history will be obtained and together we will decide the best treatment options. This includes Spravato for treatment resistant depression.
