My lived experience as a Woman, Mother, Addiction Counselor, Practicing Certified Nurse Midwife, and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner has provided me with a variety of insights and tools to assist people on this sometimes complex journey through life. My practice is rooted in a strength based approach that is holistic and incorporates a liberation focused framework, cognitive behavior therapy and includes somatic and embodiment practices, while providing medication prescribing and management.
My practice provides a space for people to feel heard, supported, and to share their experiences and challenges. My work focuses on people who are in transition, who are facing depression, anxiety, and who have endured physical, emotional, birth or spiritual trauma.
I also provide a space to work with people from Black, Indigenous, as well as other communities that have been intentionally systematically harmed and are working towards healing from the deep impacts of societal, historical and systemic oppression and marginalization.

Support circle for people who identify as Black/ African American and who are between 1 to 6 months postpartum. 12 week curriculum that will cultivate community, build upon parenting styles, discuss explore nutrition, practice somatic healing techniques and address perinatal mood illnesses.
