Welcome, thanks for visiting my profile! Asking for help is a touchy subject for a lot of folks, especially when it comes to navigating mental health. I'm here to help you manage your mind in a judgement-free space, one that establishes trust and compassion. While I have worked with most mental health conditions, I spent a significant part of my career (in the greater Emerald Coast area) caring for postpartum mothers, adolescents (13+), young adults struggling with interpersonal relationships (at home, school or work), and our nation's veterans.

I am a vibrant, attentive, board certified mental health nurse practitioner with over 12 years experience in treating ADHD, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Depression and PTSD. Using a holistic approach, I am committed to empowering patients to achieve growth and resilience.
