Everybody has problems. They might be relationships, job stress, depression, anxiety, moodswings... I posit every problem has a solution and that we can work together to find it. I have helped people for over 25 years. I am a board certified psychiatrist. I am empathic & nonjudgemental. We all use tools which may have worked with past problems but in fact may be working against us now. We can replace these with successful ways of dealing with life!
I am skilled in therapy- psychoanalytic, cognitive, interpersonal, behavioral, etc. I find that medication can be useful in treating symptoms during the therapeutic process. For all my patients I advocate nutrition, exercise, meditation.
