I have helped people for over 25 years. I am a board certified psychiatrist. I am empathic & nonjudgemental. I am skilled in therapy- psychoanalytic, cognitive, interpersonal, behavioral, etc. I find that medication can be useful in treating symptoms during the therapeutic process. For all my patients I advocate nutrition, exercise, meditation.
