As a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, PMHNP-BC, I have had the opportunity to work with children, adolescents, and adults. I have treated a variety of mental health and substance disorders including but not limited to Depression, Anxiety, Mood Disorders, and Psychosis. My Nursing career started in the mental health field in 2008. I graduated in 2018 with my PMHNP-BC from Walden University.
Our sessions are individualized while working together on an agreed upon treatment approach. I am licensed to prescribe medications, coupled with therapeutic interventions, and therapy sessions.
I believe physical and mental health are often connected. For this reason, working alongside other disciplines by coordinating care and making referrals is often necessary and leads to the best possible treatment outcomes. I look forward to getting to know you more at your first appointment.
