Depression & Anxiety Skills Group - 100% Virtual
This is a virtual group for learning depression & anxiety skills. It will meet for 6 weeks. What you will gain in this group: Tools to manage anxiety & depressive symptoms, practical coping strategies for daily life, support in a safe, and connection with others who understand. A brief screening is required. It is $85 per session or $450 if you pay infull. We are happy to bill insurance when applicable. Please note that not all insurance plans cover group therapy. If your insurance provides reimbursement, any covered amount will be refunded to you. The first session will start 6/29/2026
