He takes a holistic, evidence-based approach in his practice, believing that medications are not always the answer, or at least the whole answer, and often chooses to recommend therapy, dietary changes, exercise, and lifestyle modification when indicated.
The cornerstone of his practice is 'bedside manner'. He never loses focus of the fact that clients are still people, each with their own unique reason and story behind seeking assistance. He doesn't specialize in one diagnosis but on the human experience in general; on how genetics and life intertwine to produce both positive and negative mental health.
He forms partnerships with his clients and tailors custom treatment plans for each individual. He may, at times, ask more of you than previous providers have, but he will also bring more to the table. He is always open to hearing your ideas and encourages your input in building and refining a plan that works best for you.
