I have expertise in psychodynamics, CBT, and psychopharmacology. I have experience in the clinical assessment and treatment of Adult ADHD, depression and anxiety. I offer initial assessments, coordination of care, and the choice of several treatment modalities (including medication). I do not accept insurance. Our first session will be a review of your history. The session will follow a natural transition from you sharing your narrative to me asking questions. Our goal will be to agree on an initial idea about your personal strengths, and what it is we are trying to address. Then, we will review some treatment options with this formulation in mind.
As a psychiatrist, I am able to provide many treatment options at my office. After the assessment, you will select from the treatment options we discuss. Follow up varies from weekly to once every three months. At follow up you will share your thoughts. I will do my best to listen, offer ideas that I hope are helpful, and update our initial formulation.
