About
Mental health issues like depression, anxiety, difficulty concentrating, irritability are all too common. They are something we all face at one time or another. Unfortunately there are often many barriers to reaching out for help. My goal is to make it easier for people to find the mental health care they need through my simple-to-navigate website (www.naseehapsych.com). There, clients can schedule appointments on their own or reach out via phone, email, or a secure patient portal. I hope to offer a safe, convenient space for clients to find relief and function at their best.
I prescribe medicines conservatively and believe in a collaborative approach to treatment. I believe we should work together toward a shared vision of wellness. I have a direct, empowering, and solution-oriented approach. I offer care to clients of all ages. I hope to consider your individual story, and your biology, to help you succeed.
