I'm a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, and I'm here to serve your mental health needs in the most compassionate and competent way possible. All of us are on our own little journey, and I am just here to help improve your quality of life along the way! I have been in healthcare for almost 15 years and strive to instill hope, happiness, education, and positive changes with a comforting and holistic approach. My theoretical approaches to care are client-centered, and I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques and reality-based therapy modalities. I tailor my treatment to provide individualized care.
I see patients aged 18+ with symptoms of depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, OCD, schizophrenia, ADHD, PTSD, and other disorders. Those with acute suicidal or homicidal thoughts or intentions, active hallucinations, or who have been hospitalized for psychiatry in the last 3 months deserve more intensive care than telehealth can provide.
I create a warm, empathetic, and nonjudgmental environment where patients feel truly heard and supported. My sessions are collaborative, engaging, and tailored to each individual's needs. Mental Health should not be scary, and I thoroughly enjoy getting to know you and creating a healthy and productive relationship to ensure your success.
