Hi, I’m Christina Redfern, a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner serving clients across Ohio through both telehealth and in-person care.

I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders. In every session, I focus on meeting you with respect, a non-judgmental attitude, and genuine attentiveness to what you’re experiencing.

Empathy is my biggest personal strength, and it guides the way I practice. I’m passionate about mental health because I truly enjoy seeing people improve and regain parts of themselves they thought they’d lost.
Outside of work, I love reading, crafting, and learning new things—anything that keeps me growing both personally and professionally.
