Hello! I am a Nurse Practitioner with board certifications in family and psychiatric medicine. I received my Master's in Nursing from Western Carolina University and I have been in practice for over 20 years. I believe a holistic approach serves people in the best possible way and I use a combination of medicine, and lifestyle coaching to optimize your mental health. I also offer Genesight testing for a more individualized approach to your medication management.
Together, we will identify your challenges and goals - where you want your life to be a month, six months, a year from now. Then, we'll identify medication and herbal options that can help you get there. Referral to a psychotherapist will be offered to further your journey.
