Hi I'm Rho! I'm a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner that treats depression, bipolar disorders, anxiety and psychotic disorders like schizophrenia via medication management and psychotherapy skills coaching. I focus on optimizing medication regimens using the fewest effective medications and helping clients learn/implement effective coping skills to improve mental wellness. My goal when working with any client is to provide care that enables them to decrease distress and live the life they envision for themselves!
I know many clients have tried psychiatric medications before and may not have seen improvement in symptoms for various reasons. I also know some clients have never tried psychiatric medications and may be scared to take the leap. I would love to help those willing to try (again or for the first time) to the best of my abilities.
My goal is to offer my services at affordable rates while also providing a quality experience. I love my work, and I hope to help anyone who is wanting and willing to take the steps toward improving their life.
