Welcome! I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice. I have sixteen years' experience working in the specialty of mental health.
Mental health challenges have the potential to hold us back from our responsibilities, life fulfillments and looking towards the future. We have all been there. But the good thing is that you don't have to stay there!
I specialize in mental health diagnosing medication management and therapy. You can expect a warm, non-judgmental environment and client centered treatment where we will work together to get you back to being you.
In our first session together, we will start with a brief introduction, review your intake information and then dive into the specific challenges you are currently experiencing. We will then discuss treatment modalities and create a treatment plan specific to your needs.
Having worked with individuals with mental health challenges for over sixteen years, I have found that the best gift to the success in treatment is a supportive provider, who actively listens and provides a safe non-judgmental environment for the client to grow and improve their mental health.
