Limited openings for consultation available, scheduling for Summer 2026.
As a Harvard-trained, board-certified psychiatrist, I have broad experience in helping adults with a wide range of challenges. My specialties include working with individuals to manage anxiety, depression, retirement and perimenopause challenges. I have an active, collaborative and non-judgmental style, and believe strongly in a tailored, individual approach. I am currently offering consultation for individuals looking to review their medications, consider changes or tapers and explore other strategies for their mental health and well being.
My hope for you is that you can discover your own capacity to heal and grow. Change is possible, and every patient is unique. Each person has developed a strategy to handle the problems in their life. Many of these work well, while others may need to change. I work to help my patients make the best choices they can given their life and circumstances.
If you would like to learn more about how I may be able to help you, please give my office a call to set up an initial consultation and discuss your treatment goals.
