Together we will find the root of your sleep issues (trauma, nighttime panic attacks, nightmares, insomnia, shift-work disorders) and help you get a good night's sleep. While I do prescribe traditional psychiatric medications, I also emphasize quality supplements, sleep hygiene, nutrition, and lifestyle practices to support long-term mental and physical health. I do not treat medical related sleep disorders, but I will collaborate with your other physical health and sleep medicine specialists.

My therapeutic training includes DBT, CBT-I, Polyvagal Theory, Written Exposure Therapy, and Dream Revision Therapy.
