Board Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a nursing background in addiction medicine and psychiatry. As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, my mission is to support individuals navigating the complex challenges of anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, personality disorders and PTSD. These conditions often come with deep emotional pain, internal conflict, and functional impairment. I am committed to partnering with clients on their journey toward stability, self-discovery, and hope using a personalized treatment plan that honors their unique story.
We incorporate evidence-based practices, including psychopharmacology, psychotherapy, and trauma-informed care, to create a holistic approach to recovery. I believe in empowering clients to set meaningful goals, such as rebuilding relationships, returning to work or school, improving sleep, or simply learning how to find peace in the present moment.
