I am a Columbia-trained psychiatrist and clinical researcher with broad expertise in treating a variety of mental health conditions including depression, ADD/ADHD, PTSD, and bipolar disorder. In particular, I have expertise in helping those who suffer from obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), as well as anxiety spectrum disorders such as generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety, panic disorder, and illness anxiety (hypochondriasis).
I am committed to providing cutting-edged treatments based on the latest in psychiatric research. At the same time, I strongly believe in a team-based approach. I strive to take a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental stance with each patient in order to create an individualized treatment plan.
No matter your reason for seeking treatment, my goal is to improve your overall quality of life. I limit the number of patients in my practice, which allows me to provide a high level of attention to each person. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.
