As a PMHNP-BC, I offer integrated therapy and medication management that is grounded in evidence-based practice and a holistic lens. Together, I guide my clients to map their strengths, stressors, and their goals, then design a tailored plan that may include skills-based psychotherapy, mindful lifestyle supports, and carefully considered medications.
