I provide thoughtful psychiatric care for adolescents and adults who want more than brief, symptom-focused treatment. My work integrates careful medication management with psychotherapeutic and developmental expertise, and is especially well-suited for individuals with anxiety disorders, OCD, trauma histories, and complex or longstanding concerns.
A goal of mine is to help people build resilience and capacity to adapt to change and setbacks. For many people, the use of medication reduces overwhelming symptoms that interfere with this progress and allows for better self-care and self-compassion that create lasting resilience.
I opened Red Clover Wellness in 2017 after relocating with my family to Portland from the northeast. Red Clover Wellness has transitioned to a virtual practice offering comprehensive psychiatric services to residents of Oregon and Washington. We look forward to hearing from you!
