As a fellow neurospicy individual, I am especially passionate about supporting children, teens, and young adults—particularly those with ADHD and autism—who are navigating mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and the effects of trauma.
My personal mental health journey sparked my desire to help others learn that healing is possible and that having a mental health diagnosis does not define you or your potential. During my graduate studies at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, I discovered my passion lies in supporting children, adolescents, and young adults facing mental health challenges.
We will work together to create a customized treatment plan that combines traditional psychiatric care with complementary therapies, including medication management, exercise, nutritional counseling, mindfulness techniques, emotional regulation strategies, and, when indicated, nutritional supplementation.
I strive to create a supportive, affirming space where all young people and their families feel understood, empowered, and equipped with practical tools for resilience and long-term mental wellness.
