As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over a decade of experience in psychiatry, I am passionate about supporting mental health in all its forms. My specialized training in perinatal mental health and eating disorders, along with comprehensive psychotherapy and pharmacology training through PSI, equips me to provide the best care possible. I am here for those who have previously felt unheard or have experienced medical trauma. My goal is to truly listen and explore every option with you until we find a solution that feels right. In our sessions, I don't just prescribe medication. I also take the time to listen, empathize, be honest, believe in you, and encourage you.
