I am a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with experience in psychiatry, oncology, and nursing education. I work with adolescents and adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, and life transitions. Many of the individuals I support are seeking greater emotional balance, improved focus, healthier coping strategies, and personalized treatment to help them function more confidently in their personal, academic, and professional lives.
My approach is collaborative, supportive, and focused on practical, evidence-based care. I believe clients should feel informed and actively involved in their treatment, so I take time to help individuals better understand their symptoms, treatment options, and progress.
