My name is Rashonda Wilson, and I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner licensed by the State of North Carolina and board-certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
I provide medication management and brief psychotherapy for patients suffering from depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, PTSD, sleep disturbances, and many more. I utilize patient-centered care to complete a comprehensive assessment and to develop an appropriate treatment plan.
