As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, my focus is to provide compassionate, comprehensive care for children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD). I strive to create a supportive, collaborative space where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered in their mental health journey. My approach combines thoughtful medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy to help individuals build resilience, improve emotional regulation, and move toward greater stability and well-being.
I believe meaningful healing begins with connection and trust. Known for my warm and engaging style, I work closely with each patient to understand their unique experiences and develop individualized treatment plans that support growth and long-term wellness.
In addition to my clinical work, I am passionate about education and advocacy, sharing knowledge and encouragement through teaching and motivational speaking to help reduce stigma and inspire hope in mental health care.
