I offer Psychiatric Evaluations, psychiatric medication management, and psychotherapy (MI/CBT). My focus is to start with a holistic non-pharmacological approach to care. I prefer to use the safest and most cost effective treatments first, followed by psychotropics as clinically indicated. In many cases, psychotropic medication may greatly reduce symptoms and improve quality of life. I also use motivational interviewing to ensure I provide patient specific care with an underpinning in evidence-based practice.
