My practice is centered on you as the whole person, acknowledging your unique life story rather than focusing solely on a diagnostic label. While diagnoses are a useful tool, they can never fully capture who you are or the entirety of your experience. Every mental health syndrome is interwoven with a person's distinct history and coping styles, which fundamentally shape how symptoms manifest.
Since 2003, I have been privileged to work in psychiatry, gaining extensive experience with patients across all ages, a wide range of neuropsychiatric challenges, and many cultural backgrounds. This journey has continuously refined my skills.
My philosophy for medication therapy is one of a psychologically minded psycho-pharmacology. While I do not offer formal psychotherapy sessions, I integrate psychological tools and techniques into every appointment. I am a trained child and adult psychiatrist and work with both child, their families and adults.
This practice is intentionally small and currently accepts new patients by professional referral only. This allows me to dedicate more time and focus to each individual, ensuring a more personal and private care experience.
Call or email me, I look forward to working with you.
