They’re doing their best to balance school, work, or relationships, but it can feel like a lot, like they’re carrying the world on their shoulders. What they really want is practical strategies that work for them, a way to ease their symptoms, and a chance to feel more in charge of their days. They’re ready to stop feeling like they’re running in circles and start seeing real progress that lights them up.
I focus on helping young adults to middle age find balance in a world that’s pretty hectic. If you're dealing with ADHD, depression, anxiety, or issues around addiction or relationships, I'm here to help. My approach is down-to-earth and honest because I believe in meeting patients where they're at and working on what matters most to them.
We offer telehealth to fit around your life. We’re all about helping with the big stuff like mood, focus, and wellness, just without the “therapy voice.” When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me outside, hanging out with my German Shorthair, Buddy (also a key team member).
