I am a passionate Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing psychiatric mental health care to people. I am based in Maryland. I work with clients via Telehealth and occasionally in person when necessary. I specialize in Anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, attention deficit, mood disorder, schizoaffective disorder, and substance abuse. I also use cognitive behavioral therapy and breathing relaxation techniques to help my clients make progress and feel better.
My goal is to help people who need a close touch and those who are suffering from different mental health disorders. I work with age groups from adolescents, adults, and older adults to provide psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, evaluation, medication management, and psychotherapy. I treat clients with anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, mood disorder, etc.
My therapeutic communication style is calm, accommodating, engaging, and non-judgmental. I am an active listener, and I always want to help people through difficult times.
