It is my belief that people are most able to thrive when working with someone who can help them create a personalized plan and sees the whole person, in their context, rather than a symptom checklist or problem.
As a Nurse Practitioner who is dual-board certified and experienced in Family Practice as well as Psychiatry-Mental Health, I bring a well-rounded, integrative approach and perspective to my work with clients. I enjoy helping people improve their quality of life through wellness, self-awareness, and meaningful engagement in the healing process.
In my practice I strive toward a holistic and collaborative partnership with my clients, and enjoy service as a supervisor for psychodynamic therapy for PGY-3 residents at UF. I offer psychiatric evaluations and assessments. Treatment plans may include medication and medical recommendations, psychotherapy, behavioral and lifestyle interventions.
