I have experience diagnosing & treating a wide range of mental health issues, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, thought disorders, perinatal and postpartum depression/anxiety/psychosis, and adult ADD/ADHD.
I provide thorough diagnostic evaluations by taking the time needed to fully understand each facet of every individual I see. I am trained in psychopharmacology, CBT, DBT, Psychodynamic psychotherapies, and EMDR. These modalities inform my assessments & treatment planning, all of which are provided with a trauma-informed, person-centered approach.
The interaction between an individual's biology, development, spirituality and psychology is a dynamic one, giving rise to a very complicated, multifacted human experience.
