I am a Dual Certified Women's Health and Family Nurse Practitioner and have completed advanced perinatal mental health training through Postpartum Support International. I have extensive experience in the field of Lifestyle Medicine and recognize that our nutrition, social support, movement and sleep are also integral parts of our mental well-being.
I have over twenty years of experience working in numerous outpatient settings primarily focused on perinatal care to include mood disorders, trauma, grief, anxiety and depression. I have experience helping women navigate the hormonal transitions occurring during postpartum and perimenopause. It would be my pleasure to work with you!
