As a Psychiatric Nurse practitioner and Registered Dietitian, I collaborate with my clients to help them achieve mental, physical health and wellness so that they can feel well and live well. I take a holistic approach to improving my client's well being. In working with my clients, I take an empathetic, collaborative approach to creating a treatment plan that feels comfortable and realistic to them. Our practice treats ages 6 and up.
I provide Psychiatric evaluations to residents in North Dakota and Minnesota either by tele-health or in person. We will work on developing the best treatment plan which may include therapy or medication or both. I enjoy getting to know my patients as individuals and watching them become the best version of themselves.
