I am a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner who is ready to listen and guide you in improving your overall mental health. I see primarily adults (ages 18+) and utilize evidence based practice treatments which may include medication management, behavioral and supportive psychotherapy, and lifestyle changes. I have a special interest in helping individuals suffering from mood disorders, anxiety, addiction, and/or OCD. I also enjoy working with women looking to optimize their mental well-being safely during pregnancy and postpartum stages.
During our first session, I like to get to know you and your past experiences in depth to assess and explore what your needs are going forward. I have a strong passion for providing education to my patients regarding treatment options and want you be an informed partner in our working relationship.
