I am here to listen and help individuals struggling with a wide variety of psychological symptoms. My approach is symptom-based and my goal is to improve my patients functioning and quality of life. I genuinely want to hear your stories. I specialize in treating individuals with autism, depression, suicidal thoughts, ptsd, postpartum depression, anxiety, alcohol abuse, substance use disorder and much more. Each person is unique and special to me. I can treat people 6 years and older. Healing begins when stories are told in safe places. together we can create a safe place in our minds. I offer interpersonal therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectal behavioral therapy , medication management, monitoring labs and any physical conditions that may be contributing to the person psychological symptoms. I also provide motivational interviewing and age appropriate play therapy for children
