In my clinical practice, I strive to provide a compassionate space which is built on collaboration and evidence based practices. This means creating a space where an individual feels safe enough to share their heaviest burdens without fear of judgment. Whether I am working with an adolescent navigating the first signs of anxiety or an adult managing a chronic mood disorder, I prioritize the human being over the diagnosis.

I have over 10 + years of work experience within the mental health field. I have worked in a variety of settings as well as with diverse populations.

I am passionate about working with individuals and families who experience anxiety, OCD symptoms, traumatic experiences and chronic mood disorders as well as learning about how our own lived experiences shape how we navigate and experience the world.
