Welcome NEW and returning clients! I'm so glad you're choosing medication management. This first step shows courage! I look forward to working together on your journey. Please know that med management is a safe space to explore uncomfortable feelings. Feeling nervous or apprehensive is normal, and it's okay to have questions. I am here for your support. Most intakes last around an hour. Subsequent appointments will vary in frequency depending on your needs. Those appointments are between 15 to-30 minute sessions to discuss how you are doing and make joint decisions moving forward. I am cheering for you!

My role as the PMHNP is to assess, diagnose, and treat the mental health needs of patients. Attending to medication management of mental health disorders, including Addiction, ADD/ADHD, childhood disorders, OCD, PTSD, Anxiety, Bipolar, Depression, insomnia, and others, in an accepting and inclusive environment is the focus of my practice.

An unconditional and sincere acceptance with you as a client is a person-centered approach, with the addition of medication support. We understand and share our feelings and symptoms to become well. This concept facilitates developing a therapeutic relationship and the basis for change.
