Are you interested in working with a psychiatrist whose primary focus is therapy? I am a licensed physician and board-certified psychiatrist who provides relational therapy alongside the medical depth that only an MD can provide. My approach to treatment is empathic, collaborative, holistic, and in-depth. My style is warm, engaging and interactive. I provide a compassionate and safe space where we can work to understand and change patterns that are no longer serving you, and work together to help you heal and reach greater authenticity and meaning in life.

My therapy specialties include: anxiety, life transitions (for example transition to parenthood, career change, grief/loss, break up or divorce), recovery from people pleasing/codependency, recovery from enmeshed family systems, recovery from narcissistic abuse, adult children of emotionally immature parents

When needed, I offer collaborative and thoughtful evaluation, initiation and continued management of psychiatric medicines. My approach to medication is selective and conservative, with the goal of helping people reduce, streamline, or safely discontinue psychotropic medication when possible.
