Hello! My Name is Rachel, I am a dual Certified Psychiatric and Family Nurse Practitioner based in Maryland. I have my Doctorate in Nursing Practice. I have been in the health industry for > 20 years and I have been specializing in Advance Practice for 6 years. I help adolescents to Senior Adults improve their cognitive well encompassing mind, body and spirit.
Our first session will encompass building rapport, focusing on your needs and completing the Intake Process. The Intake Process includes:the initial assessment to understanding your mental health needs and history, including gathering information about your symptoms, medical history, and treatment goals, to determine the most appropriate course of treatment.
I am eager to help individuals of all ages become their best self, from adolescents to senior adults with respect, actively listening to their needs, and providing timely, effective solutions while maintaining empathy and patience, ultimately leaving them feeling valued and satisfied.
