Welcome! I currently do medication management and therapy with adolescents and adults, ages 15 to 62, dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and the ordinary hard stretches of life. Many are also navigating a hormonal transition (pregnancy and postpartum, PMDD, perimenopause, or menopause) or the psychological weight of a cancer diagnosis or treatment. Others simply want solid, attentive psychiatric care and don't fit either category. I'm comfortable with complexity: co-occurring conditions, prior treatment that hasn't worked, working with busy professionals, and situations where the standard approach doesn't quite fit.

I'm a board-certified psychiatrist providing general adult and adolescent care, with particular expertise in reproductive psychiatry and psycho-oncology. My approach is thorough and collaborative: understanding your history, explaining my reasoning, and building a plan with you, not for you. Telehealth across Colorado; in-person in Fort Collins from Oct '26.
